In order to better service our Tenants and Owners, several options, including online requests have been created so that repairs can be addressed and completed as quickly as possible.

Options for Making Repair Request:

To make it easier for tenants and owners to report repairs. Foothills Property Management Inc. offers the following options:

• Come into our Office and complete a Repair Form

• Call our Office: Sedona (928) 282-9533 or Cottonwood (928) 634-7507 and ask for the Property Control/Repairs Department

• Call our Emergency Pager (928) 282-8097 (see below)

• Email us (see contact emails on our Staff List)

• Submit your request here online:

Foothills Property Management will not pay for any repairs created by the tenant's, or guest of tenant's, negligence or abuse of the property. 

Guidelines for Submitting Repair Requests:

• Indicate whether this is a Furnished Vacation Rental or an Unfurnished Long Term Rental

• Advise if this is an emergency situation (See instructions for Emergencies)

• Make sure you give your Name, Property Address and a phone number where our Staff and/or our Vendors can easily reach you to schedule the repair.

• Give a detailed description of the problem.

• The Foothills Offices are opened Monday through Fridays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm – Regular repair calls will be handled in the order that they are received. Please give us reasonable time to respond to non-emergencies. If you do not hear from our staff or one of our Vendors within 48 hours, contact our office.

• If there is a problem with the Vendor or the Repair is not satisfactorily completed, contact our office.

• If the Vendor does not appear for the scheduled appointment, call them back and follow up with a call to Foothills’ Property Control Division so that we can investigate.

Emergencies:

• Call our Property Control Department during regular hours (Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

• If you have a true Emergency, call our pager number 928-282-9097. Otherwise email or leave a message on the office Repair line: Sedona (928) 282-9533 or Cottonwood (928) 634-7507 , email us your request or come into the office.

• Note we do not schedule repairs on weekends or holidays except for emergencies as Vendor charges are typically time and a half or double time.
